DCamp Foods & Health Services Private Limited ("DCamp", "we", "us", "our") operates the DCamp Fitness website, m-web and mobile application (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information — including sensitive health information — when you use the Platform or visit any DCamp centre.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — name, mobile, email, date of birth, gender, address, emergency contact.
- Membership & billing — package, payment mode, invoice history, EMI schedule.
- Health & fitness — assessments (posture, functional, comprehensive fitness), body metrics, sleep & lifestyle profile, injury history, diet consultation notes, workout logs.
- Attendance — check-in via QR / biometric, class bookings, PT session logs.
- Media — photos and videos taken during classes / events (with the option to opt out).
- Device & usage — IP address, browser, session logs, referring pages.
- Communications — messages you send to us, and consent records for calls / SMS / email.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver Platform Services (memberships, classes, PT, diet, events) safely and effectively.
- To personalise your programme, assessments and coaching.
- To bill you, process payments and issue invoices.
- To communicate schedule updates, follow-ups, receipts and safety notices.
- To improve our programmes, coach training and the Platform itself.
- To comply with law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
3. Sharing with service providers
We share only the minimum information needed with:
- Coaches, trainers and DCamp staff who deliver your programme.
- DCamp Foods for meal-plan delivery (when opted in).
- Registered medical professionals when you book tele-consultations or diagnostics.
- Payment gateways for the sole purpose of processing your transaction.
- Delivery partners (only when relevant to a Sundry Food Product / DCamp Foods order).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising.
4. Health information
Your assessments and health records are treated as sensitive personal data. Access is limited to the coach or medical professional working with you and the supervisors reviewing programme quality. You may request a copy of, or the deletion of, your health records at any time by writing to info@dcamp.co.in.

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used (aggregated, non-identifying analytics). You can disable non-essential cookies from your browser settings.

Fit-Kids memberships are purchased by a parent or guardian for children aged 5 – 14. Guardian consent is required and the information collected for the child is restricted to what is necessary for programme delivery.
